Our Eagle Rock customers may know our teammate Ashley- she’s the mom of 2 young kids and also works in healing meditation.
On the evening of Wednesday, June 24th, 7pm-9pm she’s bringing a guided mediation to PlayLab Eagle Rock, mostly focued on the common mothering experiences. A discussion and open chat will follow.
It’s donation based (suggested donation of $10, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds).
