How much does a birthday party cost at PlayLab Eagle Rock?

We offer 3 choices: 3 hours for $500, 3.5 hours for $600, or 4 hours for $700. Pick any available block of time on Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-8pm. Each party package includes 40 guests (children and adults); you can host up to 55 people for $10 per person over the 40-person limit. We recommend booking 1-2 months in advance to secure your desired date and time.

What's included in a PlayLab Eagle Rock party?

Exclusive use of the entire Eagle Rock indoor and outdoor playspace with no open play visitors, a dedicated PlayLab team member for the whole event, tables and chairs for kids and adults, toys throughout the space, access to our Party Concierge Tool, and a flexible bring-your-own-food policy. Party rentals like balloon garlands, coffee stations, backdrops, and bubble machines are available to add on, and we can help book outside vendors like face painters or costumed characters.

How much time should I book for my party?

A 3-hour booking gives you 30 minutes to set up, 2 full hours of party time with guests, and 30 minutes to wind down and clean up. If you have extensive decorations, an activity like arts and crafts, or a hired entertainer, consider booking more time. You can also add time the day of your party for $100 per additional 30 minutes, subject to availability.

What's PlayLab Eagle Rock's rain and weather policy?

Eagle Rock has both indoor and outdoor areas. In the event of rain or heat, we set up large pop-up tents, deck umbrellas, and a sun canopy over the outdoor deck. You can also reschedule to another date at no cost, or transfer to our Hollywood location, which is almost entirely indoors.

What's PlayLab's cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations with 15+ days notice receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 15 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours require the full balance, including any vendor or decoration costs. To reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
