What's included in a PlayLab Hollywood party?

Exclusive use of the entire playspace with no open play visitors, a dedicated PlayLab team member for the whole event, tables and chairs for kids and adults, toys throughout the space, access to our Party Concierge Tool, and a flexible bring-your-own-food policy. Party rentals like balloon garlands, coffee stations, backdrops, and bubble machines are available to add on, and we can help book outside vendors like face painters or costumed characters.

How much time should I book for my party?

A 3-hour booking gives you 30 minutes to set up, 2 full hours of party time with guests, and 30 minutes to wind down and clean up. If you have extensive decorations, an activity like arts and crafts, or a hired entertainer, consider booking more time. You can also add time the day of your party for $100 per additional 30 minutes, subject to availability.

What's PlayLab Hollywood's rain and weather policy?

Since PlayLab Hollywood is almost entirely indoors, unlike Eagle Rock, it's a great choice when weather is a concern for your party. If weather is still an issue, you can reschedule to another date at no cost, or transfer to our Eagle Rock location.

What's PlayLab's cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations with 15+ days notice receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 15 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours require the full balance, including any vendor or decoration costs. To reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
