PlayLab is a creative indoor playspace/playground for infants, toddlers, and young children, with locations in Eagle Rock and Hollywood. Our playspaces are special places where young kids can explore and experiment with all different kinds of play.
Thoughtfully designed by early childhood and play experts, PlayLab’s indoor playgrounds encourage curiosity, open exploration, and socializing with friends.

PlayLab Hollywood
Check our newest location, in the heart of Hollywood, located at 1510 N Kenmore Ave, 90027!
It’s almost entirely indoors (but still has a small outdoor patio for more play), and features several rooms, grouped by different toys and activities — even a music room!
We also throw wonderful parties here — check out how we transformed the space into a jungle-themed party, complete with monkeys dangling off vines.
PlayLab Eagle Rock
Welcome to Eagle Rock! We’ve got a wonderful, 2000 sq ft space, half outdoors and half indoors, filled with all sorts of activities and areas for kids to explore.
We also throw wonderful parties here — check out our gallery of past parties, where each celebration is unique and tailored to reflect each family’s ideas.
We’re located at 1431 Colorado Blvd, Eagle Rock CA 90041, and you can call us at 323-616-3585.
open play
We’re open for play Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm — come by anytime, no reservation needed. On weekends, we sometimes open up for play too, whenever we don’t have a party booked.

You can stay as long as you like — no time limits — and enjoy return privileges all day long (to BOTH PlayLab locations!)
You can pre-buy your day pass online and tell us when you’d like to visit! (Don’t worry if you’re running late or changing your plans, the pass is good for whenever you arrive).

Day Passes: $15 per child (adults are free). (You can also buy your day pass online, ahead of time).
Five Pack of Passes: $65 (a savings of $10)
Ten Pack of Passes: $100 (a savings of $50)
One Month Membership: $100 (offers unlimited visits, to both locations, for an entire family)
Subscription Membership: $90 per month (renews each month, saves $10, and offers unlimited visits, to both locations, for an entire family)

PlayLab Eagle Rock is at 1431 Colorado Blvd, Eagle Rock CA 90041. We have 3 parking spots in front of the building, and there is plentiful street parking surrounding the area.
PlayLab Hollywood is at 1510 N Kenmore Ave, Hollywood CA 90027. There are 2 lot spots for guests, plus neighborhood street parking. We’re also right next to the parking garage for Kaiser Permanente, which offers inexpensive paid parking just a short walk from our door.
playlab policies
For the health and safety of everyone who visits PlayLab’s indoor playspace, children and adults, with visible signs of illness (cough, runny nose, rash, fever, etc) will be asked to leave, and return when they feel better.
You must sign a waiver for yourself and child, when visiting for the first time. (Get the waiver here for Hollywood, and here for Eagle Rock.)
PlayLab is a parent-supervised playspace. Parents/caregivers are required to be responsible for their children at all times; PlayLab does not provide childcare services or supervision. At no time is PlayLab or its staff responsible for any child.
We realize and respect that every caregiver has their own parenting style. To help maintain the safety of children and adults at PlayLab, we ask that if you observe any challenging, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, to inform a staff member.
While our space is designed for ages 0-5, older children can visit PlayLab too. While we don’t have an age limit, older children are welcome to visit PlayLab as long as they are able to play in a safe manner around our younger visitors. If they are behaving in ways that endanger or could potentially harm a young child (such as running, throwing toys, etc), we may ask that family to leave.
No pets or animals, please. Only registered service animals are allowed at PlayLab.
Celebrations during open play hours are not allowed at PlayLab. So, please no cake, presents, singing, etc. However, we are available for private parties and other events; learn more here.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
