Answers to the most common questions about visiting PlayLab!

  • We are specially designed for babies, toddlers, and young children ages 5 and under.

  • A day pass is $15 per child, and adults are free.

    We also offer a 5-pack for $65, a 10-pack for $100, a one-month membership for $100, and a subscription membership for $90 per month.

    Gift certificates are available too.

  • Nope! Just come by anytime during open play hours, no reservation needed.

    You can also pre-buy your day pass online and tell us when you'd like to visit.

    Don't worry if you're running late or change your plans, since the pass is good whenever you arrive.

  • We're open for play Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.

    On weekends we sometimes open for play whenever we don't have a party booked.

  • Sometimes! Weekends are mainly for parties, but we open for play on weekend days when no party is booked.

  • As long as you like! There are no time limits, and your day pass includes return privileges all day, so you can leave for meals or naps and come back afterwards.

  • Yep! Day passes, packs, and memberships are good at both our Eagle Rock and Hollywood locations, even if you’re visiting both on the same day.

  • PlayLab Eagle Rock is at 1431 Colorado Blvd, Eagle Rock CA 90041. We have 3 parking spots in front of the building, and there is plentiful street parking surrounding the area.

    PlayLab Hollywood is at 1510 N Kenmore Ave, Hollywood CA 90027. There are 2 lot spots for guests, plus neighborhood street parking. We’re also right next to the parking garage for Kaiser Permanente, which offers inexpensive paid parking just a short walk from our door.

  • Nope! We only charge admissions on children, adults are free.

  • Yes. You must sign a waiver for yourself and your child when visiting for the first time. Get the waiver here for Hollywood or Eagle Rock.

  • You don't need to bring anything, but we suggest socks for both kids and adults. I

    f you need them, we sell socks for $2 per pair.

  • Nope! Passes and packs never expire and are good at both locations.

  • Memberships give a family UNLIMITED visits to both PlayLab locations, anytime there’s open play hours. (Immediate families only, up to 3 children and 3 adults can be included).

    The subscription is $90 per month, renews each month, and stays in effect until you cancel, with no minimum time.

    The one-month membership is $100 and expires 30 days after purchase.

  • If you're buying more than 6 day passes a month, the subscription membership is the best deal. The $90 subscription also saves $10 compared to the $100 one-month membership.

  • Yes! We offer gift certificates for a single day pass, a 5-pack, a 10-pack, a one-month membership, or any amount ($25, $50, or $100) that can go toward anything we sell, including parties.

  • Parties start at $500 for 3 hours. A 3.5-hour party is $600, and a 4-hour party is $700.

    You get exclusive use of the space, a dedicated team member all day, and help from setup through cleanup. A $100 deposit reserves your date.
