Attending a birthday party at PlayLab Hollywood?
Read on for helpful info, including our waivers and where to park
Contact Us: We are located at 1510 N Kenmore Ave, Los Angeles CA 90027. Our phone number is (213) 676-2596, and you can email us at playlab.hollywood@gmail.com.
Shoe-Free Space: we ask that guests, both children and adults, not wear shoes in the playspace. Socks or barefoot are both OK.
Waiver: We require each family with children to sign a waiver in order to visit PlayLab, as acknowledgement of our policies and rules. It’s recommended that you fill it out ahead of time, and you can complete it online here.
Sickness Policy: For the health and safety of everyone who visits PlayLab, both children and adults, with visible signs of illness (cough, runny nose, rash, fever, etc) will be asked to leave and return to PlayLab when they feel better.
Cleaning Policy: We thoroughly clean the space every day, and also clean the space between parties.
Parking: It can be a bit hard to find us- we are located right next to the Lamphu Thai restaurant, so look for them. There are two parking spots in front of our building.
Street parking is also available on Kenmore Ave (check the signs for restrictions).
You can also get paid parking in the adjacent parking garage for Kaiser Permanente (the entrance is located on Edgemont St).
